As illustrated in Table 1 and Figures 1 and 2, the tests revealed that Btsa’s Tocobiol® Organic notably increased the oxidative stability of the cookies, improving it by an impressive 270.89% compared to the control sample, with its effectiveness increasing in direct relation to the higher concentrations of the antioxidants used.
